In May
2008, Kevin and I did some fun vacationing. Above is Kevin by the New River Gorge Bridge in West Virginia, which is the
world's 2nd longest single arch bridge. Below is Kevin in the ocean right off the Atlantic City boardwalk.
He really wanted to take this picture even though it was 9:00 in the morning, freezing cold water, and raining lightly. You
can tell he's cold by his facial expression. LOL :)

Eve. Click on our picture for more pictures from our Christmas getaway.
Blackwater Falls State Park is named for the falls of
the Blackwater River whose amber-colored waters plunge five stories then twist and tumble through an eight-mile long gorge.
The "black" water is a result of tannic acid from fallen hemlock and red spruce needles. Blackwater Falls is a popular
destination for West Virginia honeymooners. (We went to Niagara Falls for our honeymoon, which we loved.)
This is Havasu Falls in the Grand Canyon.
Kevin wanted to go there on our honeymoon but it was 118 degrees in Phoenix the week of our honeymoon. We enjoyed a
cool 80 degree honeymoon in Niagara Falls and Maine.
